Once a product has been shipped there are not returns. However, if you find an issue with your order once receiving we ask that you reach out and we will make it right with you.

We wanted simple and a place to identify where our roots are established, that is the 319.

The answer is YES! You want to make sure every time you light trim the wick to 1/4". The first time you burn your candle make sure it can burn at-least 3 hours.

To ensure an even burn and no wick carbon powdering it is essential to trim candle wick to 1/4" before re-lighting.
